AUSTRALIA'S TOP RETAILERS ANNOUNCED 

Eagle Boys Pizza have been named Australia’s top retailer at the 2008 American Express Rewards for Excellence presented by the NRA held Wednesday 25th June in Sydney.

The 2008 American Express Young Retailer of the Year was also announced. The winner was Wade Johnson from Super Cheap Auto.

Eagle Boys Pizza won the American Express Supreme Reward for Best Retailer for their outstanding business success. The growth of Eagle Boys Pizza since its conception is the result of their long standing commitment to hard work, determination and the ability to always think of the customer first.

Now in their 14th year, the Rewards for Excellence are designed to recognise outstanding Australian retailers and to promote the pursuit of excellence in retailing through recognition and reward.

NRA Executive Director, Gary Black, said the Rewards gave retailers a chance to be recognised by the industry, their peers and the general community for their development of best practice initiatives, innovation and outstanding achievements across a range of retail sectors.
