Consumer Law MasterClass for Retailers

The National Retail Association, Australia’s premier retail organisation, is proud to continue our reputation for providing first class advice and training to the retail sector, with a retailer focused MasterClass on consumer law.

The National Retail Association’s Consumer Law MasterClass is a half day of practical advice and information presented by leading Australian law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, as well as presenters from the ACCC. The MasterClass will be delivered in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney and is designed specifically for retailers to assist you in understanding the new Australian Consumer Law.

Corrs Chambers Westgarth is recognised as having one of the country’s pre-eminent consumer law practices. The MasterClass will be presented by partners Eddie Scuderi (Brisbane), Mark McCowan (Melbourne) and Richard Flitcroft (Sydney).

• A new national product safety law and enforcement system
