Employment Law Training
Failure to comply with the new obligations imposed by the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards can result in fines of up to $33,000 for businesses and $6,600 for individuals. Further, underpayment of wages can be claimed in arrears as far back 7 years from the date of the payment.
The National Retail Association has put together a number of non-accredited training modules designed to address your legal obligations imposed by the various pieces of legislation that you operate under.
Our legally trained facilitators deliver interactive training in plain English and provide you with practical solutions which will help you protect your business.
Training will take two forms; there will be the traditional classroom style facilitated sessions as well as facilitated Web Based Seminars (WEBinars). WEBinars will be streamed live to your computer or workstation and will be interactive giving you an opportunity to ask questions.
Cost - *WEBinars are $75 for members or $125 for non-members; Training Sessions are $220 for members or $295 for non-members.
