The NRA offers training for Retailers, by Retailers. A large majority of our staff and trainers are still heavily involved in practical operations of the retail industry and the shop floor. With a range of flexible training options to suit a wide variety of workplaces, NRA specialises in industry specific vocational training through face-to-face, group, blended and on-demand training options. We also recognise that businesses have employees with many years experience and may have undergone prior training relevant to their job. The NRA can provide Training Solutions that enable previous experience and training to be recognised against nationally accredited training packages reducing traditional training time-frames while maintaining the motivation and enthusiasm of staff.

Some of NRA's training can be subsidised by the State and/or Federal Government's. Many of our Retail Traineeships have this capability and can be mapped toward in-house training that you conduct for your employees. The NRA is well poised to commence training delivery of the SIR07 Retail Services Training Package. The new SIR07 Training Package offers greater breadth and flexibility of elective units of competency and more closely aligns to relevant retail industry sectors such as general selling, fashion, specialised retailing and food retailing.
