With a solid background in retail management with the former Coles Myer Group, and extensive experience across a range of property roles, Kyle has a unique skill set that positions him as a leader in tenant side leasing and property services. His experience in property development, tenancy design and fit-out roles gives him a unique ability to source sites and negotiate lease terms that minimise a client’s risk profile and maximise their sales potential. Kyle has post graduate degrees in Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology and Business Administration from Charles Sturt University. He is also the Leasing and Tenancy Advisor to the National Retail Association. Away from the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his young family.

Dylan is a shareholder and Managing Director of Lpc Cresa, Victoria. He has twenty years of experience providing strategy, advice and representation for retail, office and industrial occupiers of commercial real estate, from SMEs to ASX-listed and Fortune 500 companies. Dylan prides himself on being a problem solver for his clients, someone they trust and someone they always want in their corner representing their interests. He always takes the time to understand his client’s business circumstances and frame the problem the business is solving before ultimately delivering the right commercial real estate solution. Away from the office, Dylan enjoys spending time with his young family and escaping Melbourne to Victoria’s south-west where he grew up.
