The pandemic has reinforced just how important leasing and tenancy arrangements are for small business owners, as thousands of commercial tenants in Australia have had to continue paying rent and outgoings while the utility of their leased premises has been limited by shutdowns and consumer health concerns. The retail sector has been hardest hit, and the National Retail Association’s partnership with Lpc Cresa continues to help members improve their businesses through improving their tenancy arrangements. In this webinar, Lpc Cresa advisors will speak about what can and cannot be done in relation to current and future leasing arrangements. This is a one-off moment in time where existing leases can be renegotiated and this opportunity should not be missed.  The Lpc Cresa team will also provide a brief introduction to the online subscription service that is being developed in conjunction with the NRA to assist members with their lease negotiations.
