From April 2019 to April 2021, the National Retail Association worked to promote the benefits of ‘going digital’ and provided free sector-specific digital advisory services to our small business members as part of the Small Business Digital Champions Project.
We were very proud to be one of 15 industry associations to be a part of this, and as this project has now concluded, the Australian Government is conducting a survey to help evaluate its effectiveness. Your feedback will help inform the role of industry associations in future digital capability programs for small businesses.
The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and does not ask for any of your personal details. High-level results of the survey will be shared with us so that we can continue to improve the services we provide to our members.
