Industry experts discuss end-to-end customer loyalty

Hear some of the most recognised local and international customer engagement experts in one place, discussing each critical stage of the loyalty journey.  

The Australian Loyalty Association, in conjunction with Global Loyalty, will host the third annual Customer Engagement & Loyalty Conference in Melbourne on 20 July.

The 2017 event boasts the largest speaker line-up to date, including Phil Hawkins (Coles), Fady Taouk (Telstra), Blair Keenan (MasterCard), Paul Smitton (AIMIA), Richard Earl (Talent International), David Peller (Booking.com), Fiona Prater (Commonwealth Bank), and John Owed (Data Republic). See full speaker line-up here >>

The conference, held annually, is a chance for like-minded Loyalty and Marketing professionals to come together for a full-day of networking, education, industry insights and roundtable discussions followed by one of our famous Australian Loyalty Association networking dinners. 

For the first time and by popular request, an essentials panel segment has been introduced to the line-up. In this session, industry experts Michael Smith from Ai Group, Dean Maidment from Taguchi, Lincoln Hunter from Loyalty Legal and Adriana Martinez from ANZ will talk on the subjects of Fraud Prevention, Data Security, Privacy, and Interchange.

The conference and dinner are marked as a not-to-be missed educational event in the diaries of many Loyalty and Marketing professionals.
