Dom

Dominique Lamb is the Director of the NRA’s Legal Division and Principal of NRA Legal.

She has extensive experience providing industrial relations and employment law advice to a range of small, medium and large businesses across a range of industries.

Dominique brings a level passion and motivation to her role which is hard to find. In 2011, she was awarded the Australian Institute of Management’s Young Gun of the Year Award. In her downtime, Dominique is a strong advocate for the Women’s Legal Service Queensland, as well as being involved in associated fundraisers.

Dominique knows our members well, having strong retail sector experience both in-store and as a trusted advisor. Dominique has gained a wealth of experience through her work in several mid-tier law firms and an industry group. This unique combination of both private practice and industry association experience provides our members with the ability to manage their risks in a commercial way. Tailoring advice to the specific needs of your business now and in the future is Dominique’s strength.

If you have a problem relating to award interpretation, employment contracts, disputes in a court, a commission or a tribunal, policies and procedures, HR issues, terminations, redundancy, workplace health and safety or worker’s compensation, Dominique has the right solution for your business!

Dominique recently spoke at an Equal Future Breakfast hosted by NRA exploring why the world needs reshaping and how you can help design the system for a more equal future. View a short clip of Dominique speaking below.

Dominique is happiest when starting the morning off with a visit to the gym. Dominique has also enforced a strict lolly jar procedure, namely, that the office must always have one and it must always be stocked! Every office should have a Dominique, and we’re lucky we’ve got the only one!
