Bradley Ellacott
Bradley’s experience has seen him specialise in workplace relations from the outset and is equipped with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Psychological Science.
He has experience acting for both employer and employee clients, making him well positioned to assess and understand risks which employers may face and provide strategic advice when approaching complex legal matters. Bradley approaches matters with his clients’ goals in mind and acts to reach commercially viable outcomes.
Bradley has a passion for advocating for his clients, his extensive litigation experience has seen him appear within the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Fair Work Commission, the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission, and the Queensland Human Rights Commission.
