Cathy Goldspink

With retail experience in HR management coupled with experience as a legal practice manager focused on incorporating improving operational efficiencies, time management of team delivery and more particularly IR/ER advice and coaching, Cathy brings unique skills and experience to NRA Legal team.

Cathy holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and has been an independent consultant for a number of years, during which time she has completed contracts with diverse organisations.  One of her most recent contracts was for a global retailer working for their Asia Pacific office where she coached and guided Managers through resolving escalated employment relations issues.
