Throughout her career, Tracey has worked across a wide span of retail businesses. With over 20 years’ experience, she has held many key roles including, Retail Business Management, Regional Sales Managment, Training and Development (VET) and National Educator. In her previous roles, Tracey gained insight into many retail sectors including furnishing, interior design, jewelry & homewares.

Tracey excels at nurturing profit improvement and transforming stores that are struggling into profitable high-performing teams. She is passionate about turning key holders into managers and leaders and helping team members to unlock their potential. Tracey takes care to encourage positive work environments where managers can not only manage but lead and inspire their team to success.
