Australia is a country where we can freely express our opinions and beliefs, however this can sometimes negatively impact people and businesses. What would you do if a protest was happening at your store or centre? It may not be about your business, but it may affect how you operate. What are activists or protesters legally allowed to do and what can you do about the situation?
The information here, tells you what the activists/protesters are legally allowed to do. Anything outside of this such as graffiti or damage to property would be classed as an offence. If you have asked the activist/protester to leave and they refuse, then they may be trespassing on your property.
