Union Wins Adverse Action Claim

Please note, further to our communication last week, that an error has been identified with calculations relating to the 2.4% wage rate increase for the Children’s Services Award, effective 1 September 2016.

This error has been rectified and a new wage rate summary can be accessed by logging into our Members Resource Portal.

The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission has handed down its wage decision for 2016. The decision awarded a 2.4% increase per week in award wage rates for employees of Parents & Citizens Associations in Queensland, and is applicable from 1 September 2016.

The NRA has produced updated wage tables for members affected by the increase which can be accessed by logging in to the NRA Members Resource Portal.
